How it works

Buying

    Search or paste a link

    Search many Japanese stores at once, or paste a link to a product in Japan. For a store we don't list, send us the link as a buy request.

  2. 02

    Order and pay

    Pay the item price, shipping within Japan and the item service fee.

  3. 03

    We buy it for you

    We order from the Japanese store. If the item can't be bought (sold out or price changed), your payment goes back the way you paid.

  4. 04

    Warehouse check

    Items arrive at our warehouse in Japan, where we check appearance and quantity. Photos are optional. Storage is free for 90 days.

  5. 05

    Combine and pack

    Choose the items to send together and a shipping method. We pack and weigh the parcel.

  6. 06

    Pay shipping, we send it

    Pay international shipping and the parcel service fee, and we ship with tracking. Import duty is paid by the recipient.

Auctions

  1. 01

    Pay when you bid

    Bid + service fee + Japan shipping, paid at once. Full refund if you don't win.

  2. 02

    Place a bid

    Bid on Yahoo Auctions or Mercari auctions from anywhere.

  3. 03

    We buy if you win

    If you win, we purchase and receive the lot at our Japan warehouse.

  4. 04

    Pay EMS, duty extra

    After consolidation, pay Japan Post EMS by weight. The recipient pays import duty.
