(1) Account details: email address, name, address and phone number

(2) Social login: your email address and name when you sign in with Google or Apple

(3) Transactions: records of orders, payments, refunds and shipments (we do not store card numbers, security codes or other card data)

(4) Support: chat and email messages, and images or files you send

(5) Items: photos taken of your items when they arrive at our warehouse

(6) Access data: IP address, the country, region and network provider estimated from it, device type, browser, pages viewed and cookies

3. How we use it

(1) To buy, store and ship items and otherwise provide the Service

(2) To verify identity and prevent fraud

(3) To answer your questions

(4) To charge fees and make refunds

(5) To tell you about order status, storage deadlines and similar matters

(6) To improve the Service and produce statistics

(7) To keep records and act as required by the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act and other laws

4. Sharing with third parties

Except where required by law, we do not share your personal information without your consent. We do share it, to the extent needed to provide the Service, with these service providers:

(2) Carriers (Japan Post, DHL, Sagawa Express and others), and delivery companies and customs in the destination country, for delivery and customs clearance

(3) Sellers, to the extent needed to buy your item

(4) Server, network and cloud providers, to store data and carry traffic

(5) Email providers, to send notices

5. Transfers outside Japan

We may provide your personal information to, or store it on servers run by, companies in these countries and regions:

(1) Hong Kong: the servers and network services we use

(2) The United States: companies providing email delivery, social login (Google and Apple), and network protection and delivery services

(3) The country or region you ship to: delivery companies and customs

Information on each country's data protection system is available on the website of Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission. We share data only after confirming the recipient has proper safeguards in place. By using the Service, you consent to the transfers described in this section.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and currency, and understand how the Service is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but some features may stop working.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for these purposes and as required by law (transaction records are kept for 3 years under the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act), then delete or anonymize it.

10. Customers in the EEA and the UK

For customers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we process personal information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (fraud prevention and improving the Service), or with your consent.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent, and you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.

We may change this policy by posting it on the Service. The Japanese text is the original; if a translation differs, the Japanese text governs.
