Scope

Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions applies to transactions with customers living in Japan. Some items below may not apply to customers living outside Japan.

Price

As shown on each item page, at checkout and on the fees page (/fees)

Charges besides the item price

Service fees (per item and per parcel), domestic shipping from the Seller to our warehouse, international shipping, packing and optional services, storage fees (after the free period)

If you pay in a currency other than yen, we convert at our own exchange rate, which includes conversion costs

For shipments to an address in Japan, 10% consumption tax on everything for that parcel, including the item price

Import duties, taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country (borne by you)

Payment methods

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay

Available methods depend on where you are and the amount.

When you pay

First payment: when you order or bid (item price, estimated domestic shipping and the like)

Second payment: when the items reach our warehouse and you ask us to ship (international shipping, storage fees, domestic shipping difference, consumption tax for shipments within Japan and the like)

Delivery

We ship in turn after confirming payment of the shipping fees. Delivery times depend on the method and destination, are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation

Once we have bought the item on the Seller's site, or once you have bid in an auction, you cannot cancel for your own reasons.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow the Seller's rules. We are not the seller of the items and do not accept returns in our own name.

Report damage or missing pieces after international delivery within 7 days of receipt, with photos and the tracking number.
